The story revolves around Jayanta Bhai, who lives in a small town in India. He is the son of a woman who was abandoned by her husband, and he has no idea who his father is. His mother (Smita Jaykar) runs a tea stall to support her family. Jayanta Bhai is a successful businessman who earns lakhs of rupees a day by betting on the horses at the racetrack. Despite being rich, he remains very down to earth and helps people around him. His mom wants Jayanta Bhai to get married so that she can have someone to look after her when she becomes old. Jayanta Bhai does not want to get married, and when his mom tries to find a bride for him, all the women she meets run away when they find out who he is. Jayanta Bhai feels bad when his mom tries to find a bride for him because he wants her to feel happy about her son getting married and having someone in the family so that she doesn't have to work anymore. He then pretends that he is in love with Rupali (Bhavana) and wants to marry her. His mother gets very happy and agrees for this marriage, but it turns out that Rupali is in love with another man called Vishu (Raj Singh). When Jayanta Bhai comes to know about this, he feels bad because now he will never be able to find a bride for himself, but his mother convinces him that God has sent Rupali as the perfect bride for him. When everything is sorted, Jayanta Bhai realises that Rupali is not a bad girl and he truly loves her. Just when everything seems perfect, a wealthy man from Singapore named Gautam Gor tells Jayanta Bhai that he has bought all the stocks of his company and if Jayanta Bhai doesn't give him 20 crores within 5 days, then his company will have no value whatsoever. Jayanta Bhai and his mom try to figure out a way to get the 20 crores or else they'll lose their business. Jayanta Bhai then decides that he will offer some of the money he has earned from betting on horses at the racetrack to Gautam Gor as a last chance. Jayanta Bhai agrees on the condition that Gautam Gor will also give back all of his money within 15 days.
